Terms of Service

These terms cover use of MMP Site Auditor, a website-audit service operated by Mind My Presence.

What the service does

You give us the address of a public website. We fetch its public pages the way a search engine does and report technical findings. Run audits only on sites you own or have permission to review. We honor robots.txt and pace our requests.

No guarantee of results

Findings come from automated checks and, where offered, an AI-written summary. They are provided as information, not as legal, accessibility-compliance or security certification. Verify recommendations before acting on them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any audit is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Payments

Full-site audits are a one-time purchase, processed by Stripe. See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to overload, attack or probe systems you don't own, or to get around our limits. We may refuse or stop audits that look abusive.
