Privacy Policy

Mind My Presence operates MMP Site Auditor. This is what we collect and why.

What we collect

• The website address you submit, and the audit report we generate from its public pages.
• For paid audits: your email address and payment status from Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Your IP address, briefly and in memory only, to rate-limit free checks.

How long we keep it

Free-check reports are deleted after about 7 days and full-audit reports after about 90 days. Order records needed for accounting are kept as the law requires.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. If AI recommendations are enabled, a summary of the technical findings (not your personal data) is sent to our AI provider to write the fix plan.

Your choices

Email info@mindmypresence.com to have a report or your order data deleted.
